Coach Hinton is no stranger to LHS—he is a 2016 graduate and a proud former Patriot! After high school, he continued his football career at Huntingdon College, where he served as a team captain.

I am excited to announce that the construction of the new high school is approved and set to begin. It has been my vision to build a facility that will meet the needs of our students, faculty, and staff. This will be a facility that is up to date, with modern technology, and a place our students can be proud of.
It has been a long time coming! I would like to thank all who have contributed to this project for their help and support, especially the Linden City Board of Education for their vision and support.
Finally, I would like to thank God for turning this vision into a reality!


All Linden City Schools will resume normal hours tomorrow.

The latest weather forecast for our area indicates the likelihood of a wintry mix on Friday morning, which may affect road conditions as temperatures drop below freezing.
In order to prioritize the safety of our students and staff, all Linden City Schools will implement an E-Learning Day on Friday, January 10, 2025. All schools and the central office will be closed.
Due to the size of our county, weather conditions may vary in different areas. However, the safety of our students and staff is our top priority, and this decision is made with that commitment in mind.


Students who ride Ms. Mattie Williams's bus will need to be brought to school and picked up from school until further notice.
